Shipping & Returns 

Pieces will be prepared for shipping within ten days of purchase and will be provided with tracking information. The artist is not responsible for damage once it leaves their possession but will assist with filing a claim with the carrier if damage occurs during transit. Buyer has 48 hours from item delivery to reach out with any shipping damages including photos of the damage and original packing.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of item delivery, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs related to exchange or return. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any custom pieces include a non-refundable 50% down for the creation of the product and may not be returned.
